	Telex Number, Street, PO Box, Locality, State, Postal Code, Department, Title, Office Name, and Description.

    * We added more columns in the address book "Select Names" listing. When you click "To", you get the "Select Names" listing page, with these additional columns/fields:
Title, Location, Department, Address, Locality, State, Postal Code, Business Phone, Mobile Phone,
Pager, Fax, Telex
