SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

o Please be sure the latest Microsoft Windows and Office Service Packs have been applied before installing Insight AddressBook 3.0.0.
o Please read the documentation for any installation and upgrade information before installing.
o If you are using Addressbook V2.0, the 3.0 installer will automatically upgrade to 3.0 and keep the existing data.
o The new Addressbook 3.0 needs a new license key. Please contact

KNOWN ISSUES
------------
Outlook 2000 & 2002 issues:
o Double clicking on the group name to see the properties will pop up an error. The work around is...
go to Tools->Addressbook->then Tools->Options, click on Add, you will see the ldap containers (groups), select one of them and select "Properties"
o Double clicking on a username will pop up an error.
o "Find Items" does not work.
