SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
----------------------
o Please be sure the latest Microsoft Windows and Office Service Packs
have been applied before installing Insight Connector 3.1.3.
o For all previous releases of the connector from 2.0 and above,
please refer to the upgrade documentation for proper upgrade to 3.1.2
and beyond:

o On Outlook 2002, Print or Print Preview from the message list may
not display the message body.
Open the message and Print or use Print Preview instead.
o If you are using any anti-virus products with Outlook, like AVG
Virus scanner, please turn off email scanning.
o If you send an email through Adobe Reader 8.0, Adobe will crash.
While we investigate this issue, We suggest that you send any pdf
attachments via Outlook email client.
o To use 'Find All' for messages, go to Advanced Find. (Ctrl+Shift+F)
o If you have added fax numbers in contacts, it will show the contact
name w/fax numbers when you look at the
Address Book. This is working as designed. Outlook allows you to
either email or fax to another user.
This feature was enabled when we added the Grouping features.
NEW FEATURES AND CHANGES

o Outlook 2007 is supported! Updated documentation can be found:

o The Connector now supports grouping by categories. To enable
grouping in Outlook2003, go to View | Arrange By and check "Show in
Groups".
In Outlook XP (2002), go to View | Current View | Customize Current
View and click "Group By...".
o For Courier or other 3rd party servers, when you select a folder and
do not have ACL support enabled,
Connector will pop up a reminder message.

o Insight Connector 3.1.3 has the ability to export a profile or PST
during the automatic installation process.
o In the auto installer, setup.ini, a new parameter was added,
DefaultStore=Yes.
If that is set to "Yes", then Insight Connector will be the default
store
for the profile for profiles that have multiple e-mail accounts.
o Connector supports Voting buttons

KNOWN ISSUES
------------
o For Outlook 2000 users, there is a bug with Outlook 2000 and pop3
accounts. If you would like to use a pop3 account
with an IC3 account, add the pop3 account first then the IC3
account. Pop3 will become your default account.
If you install IC3 first, pop3 account will not work.
This is a Microsoft bug, and they do not support Outlook 2000
anymore and will not fix this bug.
