We are very pleased to announce the New Insight Connector 3.1.7!

Insight Connector has some performance improvements and has a completely enhanced 
installation process.

The new installer will automatically install the Connector, create the profile with the default 
settings, and migrate user's data from a PST file to the IMAP server.  It's absolutely easy!  
There is no additional configuration required for the users.

The new installation pages will not be displayed if you are upgrading the Insight Connector.  
To see the new changes, uninstall the Insight Connector and install the new Connector with 
the new installer (with the word INI in the file).


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS 

 o Please be sure the latest Microsoft Windows and Office Service Packs have been applied before 
installing Insight Connector 3.1.7.
 
 o For Outlook 2000 users installing the Connector for the first time, the new installer will 
not set the Connector as the default profile.  You can set it manually. (procedure is in the 
Insight Connector documentation)

 o For all previous releases of the connector from 2.0 and above, please refer to the upgrade 
documentation for proper upgrade to 3.1.2 and beyond.

 o  On Outlook 2002, Print or Print Preview from the message list may not display the message body. 
Open the message and Print or use Print Preview instead.

 o If you are using any anti-virus products with Outlook, like AVG Virus scanner, please turn 
off email scanning.

 o To use 'Find All' for messages, go to Advanced Find. (Ctrl+Shift+F)

 o If you have added fax numbers in contacts, it will show the contact name w/fax numbers when 
you look at the Address Book. This is working as designed. Outlook allows you to either email or 
fax to another user. This feature was enabled when we added the Grouping features. 

 o Adobe 8.0 crashes when sending email directly from Adobe.

   o Kolab: Duplicate IMAP folders are being created by the connector
  

KNOWN ISSUES
------------
   o For Outlook 2000 users, there is a bug with Outlook 2000 and POP3
     accounts.  If you would like to use a POP3 account with an IC3
     account, add the POP3 account first then the IC3 account POP3 will
     become your default account.
     If you install IC3 first, POP3 account will not work.
     This is a Microsoft bug, and they do not support Outlook 2000
     anymore and will not fix this bug.

   o Attachment icon appears when using stationery.
